About Imbasjaya
A family-run wholesale food business serving Sabah since 1985.

Four decades of feeding Sabah
Imbasjaya Sdn Bhd was founded in 1985 by Mr Khor Kowi Kim in Kota Kinabalu. What began as a small trading business importing onions and garlic has grown into one of Sabah's largest wholesale food suppliers, with a 30,000 square foot air-conditioned warehouse in Kolombong and a retail supermarket across the road.
Today the company handles importing, exporting, repacking, wholesaling and retailing of fresh produce, groceries, herbs and spices, dried food, rice, noodles and cooking ingredients. Our KKK brand is a familiar sight on shelves across the state.
We supply supermarkets, sundry shops, hotels, restaurants and caterers throughout Sabah, and ship selected products to customers in Peninsular Malaysia and overseas.
Five services under one roof
Importing
Container quantities of onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, potatoes, rice and dry goods from growers and mills in the region.
Exporting
Selected produce and KKK products shipped to buyers outside Sabah, including Peninsular Malaysia and neighbouring markets.
Repacking
Sorting, grading and packing into mesh bags, sachets and cartons under the KKK brand or private label on request.
Wholesaling
Trade pricing for retailers and food-service operators, with scheduled deliveries by our own lorry fleet.
Retailing
FoodTown supermarket, opened in 2015 opposite the warehouse, brings the same range to households at wholesale-friendly prices.
