Product descriptions, images and catalogue pages on this website are for general information. Pack sizes, grades and availability change with the season and the market. Nothing on this site is a binding offer; a contract is formed only when we confirm your order.
Prices and quotations
Prices quoted by our sales team are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or seven days if no period is given. Fresh produce prices in particular may change daily. Prices exclude delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Orders and minimum quantities
Wholesale orders are subject to minimum order quantities per product, which our sales team will confirm. We may decline or limit an order where stock is short. Orders are accepted by WhatsApp, phone, email or in person at our warehouse.
Delivery
We deliver using our own lorries on scheduled routes around Kota Kinabalu and to towns across Sabah. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any shortage or damage within 24 hours for fresh produce and within 3 days for dry goods.
Payment
Unless you hold an approved trade account, payment is due on or before delivery by cash, bank transfer or other methods we accept. Trade account customers must pay within the credit period stated on their invoice. We may suspend supply and charge reasonable late-payment costs on overdue accounts.
Returns
Because our goods are food products, we accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective or supplied in error, reported within the periods above. Approved returns will be replaced or credited at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The KKK brand, the Imbasjaya name and logos, and the content of this website belong to Imbasjaya Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission, other than to view this site.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the invoice value of those goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 for retail customers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
